When I founded the first business incubator in the Okanagan Valley (ORIC) I was pleased that Andrew volunteered to be a board member. Andrew and I have had many interactions since. He became the board chair of OSTEC (The Science and Technology Council for the Okanagan Valley). He also participated in the Okanagan Partnership that supported the creation of UBC in the Okanagan.
